If you follow along over on Instagram you may have noticed an increase in fitness posts. Not just any fitness posts, because I've always loved snapping pics on my evening and morning runs and my journey with Kayla Itsine's Beach Body Guide. But recently I have fallen in love with a new type of fitness. 

All of us on our fitness journeys know we hit plateaus and get into funks where we either give up, take a break, or branch out to try something new. Luckily, I chose the latter. But trying new ways of working out can be ridiculously expensive, and well, my wallet doesn't have an extra couple hundred dollars to join the latest yoga studio, Pilates studio or spin class. Each running $150+ each. Yeah, nope, can't do it. And plus, when trying new studios how do I know which ones I will like? Luckily, with a membership to Fitn I was able to explore yoga, pilates, AND spin (oh and also Barre, bootcamps and even paddle board yoga!) And guess what? It costs less than ONE studio membership! 

Before becoming a Fitn member it had been years since my last spin class, now I've been going almost twice a week! And barre, it is my new fav! The best part of the app membership is my girlfriend Abby, of The Fabulous Life of a Natural Disaster, joined with me so we hit each class together which made each studio experience that much more exciting. We turned a normal morning workout into killer motivation for each other followed by coffee walks and girl talk. I think every weekend should start that way! Am I right? 

So not only can Abby and I pick between 100+ studios but our membership also helps fight childhood obesity by giving back to partnerships like The Boys of Girls Club -- a double win if you ask me! Now, once I get back from my East Coast vacation I just have to decide which studio will I jump into first...!
